4. In order to meet the business needs entrusted by government departments, this article's format will be modified.
5. This article will be published in a variety of forms for teaching, research and public services and other purposes, and will be publicized by public release, public broadcast and online viewing, etc.
6. When there are teaching and research or other needs, Rising Award Organizing Committee will reproduce the works.
V. I guarantee that the works is from my own creation, and if the same works has been published, had ever won the prize in other competitions or is being evaluated, I will take the initiative to inform the organizers of the related matters（E-mail: tedacupiydc@qq.com）, which will be as an important reference for the review. The author shall also ensure that the author does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
VI. If the works is created by more than two persons, such author shall confirm that other co-writers have been notified and they agree to authorize such author to sign the Agreement on behalf of them.
